Hey CA! Modern Amusement Sample Sale!

Picture 1I have determined that I need a field reporter for all this stuff going on outside Colorado. Volunteers? I can pay you in adoration, high praises, and candy blocks. SO if you’re going to be near 853 West 17th St. in Costa Mesa, CA next Friday and Saturday and want to snap some shots of the Modern Amusement Sample Sale, and maybe stop in and pick me up some stuff, it would be much appreciated. Jotting some words down about it might be a good idea…

Verizon BlackBerry Storm Update This Sunday?

blackberry-storm-1What’s been a seriously long-time coming and is still just a rumor, Verizon is apparently ready to launch the new OS update for the Storm this Sunday. As a Storm owner and hating the current OS, I’m looking forward to this, if it’s actually true. So if you’re a Storm guy, keep all eyes and ears on the Blackberry Support Site for OS 4.7.0.148 this Sunday. Feenerz crosst.

Twang Beer Salt

pic-A1592-0-xlargeNot being a huge beer drinker (taken to cheap whites lately), I still enjoy the occasional frosty bev. Mostly when out watching the sporting events at the local speakeasies. The one up my street has a strict no-outside-food policy. Asses. The one next to that one has a loose no-outside-food policy, encouraging you to bring whatever you want. That said, next time I go, I’m gonna spice up my Bud Lite with some of Twang’s Beer Salt. TWAAAAANG!!!!

Brooks Brothers Create Your Shirt

Picture 7Yep, two custom shirt posts right in a row! Right when you think I’m gonna zag, I keep right on zigging. Which sometimes can be a zag. Pretty philosophical, no? Oui. Philosophical people have to speak French. Except, like adding “o” to every word  to make it Spanish, I just add “Le” to the beginning of every word to make it French. Like that new Sonic commercial. I like those guys. Funny. And now completely off topic, did you know you Create Your Own Shirt at Brooks Bros? It’s Le True.

Uneetee Custom T Shirts

detcol_COLLECT_violentP1I have, I think, two or three t’s from Threadless, and I think that’s approximately the number of times I’ve worn them. When I got the first one, I was all, “Oh hey cool! A custom shirt!” Then I saw them eeeeeeee’rywhere. And I can’t play that game. I need another t-shirt these days like I need another hole in my head, but I still hunt down the custom tees to see what’s good. I like these Uneetee designs. More after this. Continue reading
