Evil, as well as customer service, is alive and well. More of the latter at Gnome Enterprises

gnome“Careful what you Tweet for….” Truth. because you never know who is reading your timeline. Be it your boss, friends, creepy strangers, casual acquaintances, or the beloved pornbots, someone is paying attention to you whether you think so or not. Hell, Google has the whole world mapped and wired anyway, so you better grasp the concept of big brother and learn to love it. While some Tweets could get you arrested, others can score you gear. I happened across a random one from a friend buried among the others I am following, simply stating adoration of a shirt from Gnome Enterprises. “What the heck,” I thought to myself, “Let’s make her day.”

-3So last night I get a call from her, voice full of glee. Funny, because at the time, I was watching Glee….hmmm. Anyway, not just the shirt got her face a-smilin’. Seems the blokes at Brooklyn-based Gnome know how to treat a customer and threw in a hand-written note, not seen much this day and age. Customer service has taken a nosedive, as you may have noticed, especially if you’ve ever shopped at H&M in Manhattan. So, it’s good to see that it hasn’t died out everywhere.

    • I LOVE the Gnome! Their designs are funny and make all the right statements. Especially the ones where the environment fights back.
